We will replace your GoGrip spectacle cord if it breaks within 12 months of purchase date.
The GoGrip Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. We do not take any responsibility for damage caused to property or spectacles in the event of a glasses cord failure, we recommend a visual inspection of the GoGrip fasteners weekly to ensure they are in good condition. GoGrip Original & GoGrip Toggle cords have a maximum recommended side width of 6mm, GoGrip XL & GoGrip Sport have maximum recommended side width of 10mm. To maximize lifespan, make the point of rest for the GoGrip the narrowest part of the spectacle arm. Only available on GoGrip products purchased in the UK or on UK based websites from Go Optical Limited, purchased new, by the original buyer.
